TUFFBLOCKS AAC is a superior alternative to red clay bricks manufactured using fly ash mixed with cement, lime, water and an aeration agent placed in an autoclaved chamber. The resultant building material comprising of millions of tiny air pores is set and cut into blocks of varying sizes.

Relatively low consumption of readily available raw materials, use of fly ash, excellent durability, energy efficiency, cost effectiveness and ability to be recycled enables TUFFBLOCKS AAC to significantly contribute to a greener environment and qualify as a "green" building material.

Durable TUFFBLOCKS AAC is capable of withstanding harsh climatic conditions and remains unaffected under normal atmospheric conditions for several years.   Versatile TUFFBLOCKS AAC can be easily cut, drilled, nailed, grooved, milled, crafted and shaped with common hand tools and is readily adaptable to any type of architecture. It is available in many sizes and thickness ranging from 75 mm to 300 mm.
